Let Club Pro Horacio Loor teach you the 5 Fundamentals of tennis. Having the Proper Grip, the Right Setup, knowing your Hitting Zone, the Point of Impact and how to Recover will help work out the consistency of your game. You will learn the 4 tactics of Moving or Outlasting your Opponent, Taking Away or Buying Time from your Opponent.
Here is the Court Set Up for RCTT – Adults & Teens to compete to be champions of the court.
Session 1 – Get introduced to the rotation of 4 with Champion of the Court :
Chair Umpire:
- Learn to count 15, 30, 40, POINT. Learn to appreciate why we count this way.
- Learn to follow the game. Always have a ball to give to Server.
- In charge of Ball Team which are the Coaches and 1 Participant.
- Next in line to challenge the Winner. Choice of Serving or Receiving.
Server:
- Serve to win the POINT.
- Focus on Instructor’s guidance.
- If point lost, becomes Ball Person.
- If point won, stays on court.
Receiver:
- Take the point away from Server. (Breaking the Server)
- Focus on Instructor’s guidance.
- If point lost, becomes Ball Person.
- If point won, stays on court.
Ball Person:
- Follow the game with Chair Umpire.
- Pick up balls on court and put in basket.
- Always make sure Chair Umpire has a ball.
- Help Chair Umpire with calls.
- Next in line to be Chair Umpire. If more than one Ball Person, first in line is the Chair Umpire.
Session 2 – Develop your skills through the 4 person rotation
Session 3 – Play the Up and Down the River Game
Session 4 – Hold a Tournament between the 8 players

This league includes fun, low-key Champion of the Court play. Players rotate after a point. Specialized balls can be used to making it easier to play more consistently and be successful.
In these House Leagues, the instructor will introduce, maintain, and refine a technical element. There are many different technical elements to be known.
