Please see below what would interest you with the number of people that would be going in your group. If we have enough interest, we can probably get a better deal than what is offered.

Traditional Tennis Club Group Outing

We have an amazing program for tennis clubs (10+ people required) that are interested in attending the NBO as a group outing, which offers significant discounting in our lower bowl and upper stands for all day sessions Monday through Saturday. We will work to get you and your members seated in the same area together for a session, and apply up to a 50% off discount depending on the day and seating level that you choose. These tickets will have access to the VIP lounge.

Please see the attached tennis club group offer pricing sheet with ticket benefits. Please note, there are only certain sections and seating levels available with our group discounts, and this offer does not come with parking.

Tennis Club Suite Offer

We will be offering a tennis club suite discount for the Monday Day session on August 7, 2023. Suite pricing is $60/ticket with a minimum deposit of 10 tickets to hold a suite. We have 15, 22, 40, and 80-person suites available for this session.  If this is of interest for your club/group, please let me know and I can reserve a space in the schedule.

There will be mandatory catering with your suite. Our caterer is finalizing pricing for our tennis club F&B menus in the next month or so. The base package will likely be around $60/person for food, non-alcoholic beverages with a host in the suite. This will be invoiced separately through our caterer.

Therefore, you are looking at approximately $120/tennis club member for your ticket and F&B. More info to come regarding catering if the suite option makes sense.

Preferred Pricing Program – Available late April/Early May

This is the deal that we offer to all tennis clubs in Ontario by default.

We will set up a unique promo code for your club members that will offer them discounted prices on individual tickets to select sessions of tennis throughout the week of August 7-13. You will be able to distribute a discount code and buy link where your own members, partners, and employees can access discounted tickets. We can provide marketing material for this code that you can share through email or social.

These offers will be distributed late-April/early-May. There are limits on the number of tickets buyers can purchase with this offer, and it is more so geared towards clubs not planning a large group outing together. The discount is on the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

The discount for 2023 will be:

·         50% off Lower-Bowl tickets for the Monday Day session

·         25% off  Gold, Silver, Blue seating; Tuesday Day to Saturday Day

·         15% off Gold, Silver, Blue seating; Tuesday to Saturday Night (no Sunday Finals)
